I have over 20 years of experience in major construction projects in NYC. Early in my career, I worked with some of the largest general contractors and real estate developers. I founded AVRON Corp. with the vision of bringing superior building standards to the market, focusing on quality and proven processes.
With over 20 years in construction, I’m deeply involved in business development, market assessments, and ensuring client satisfaction. I work closely with clients from the early stages of a project to ensure smooth execution, which helps us build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
I’m a hands-on builder overseeing all of AVRON Corp.'s active projects. I conduct weekly site visits to ensure safety regulations are met and that projects are on track. My role ensures that our high standards for quality and integrity are maintained throughout every project.
I ensure all subcontractors are thoroughly vetted before they begin work on an AVRON Corp. site. I handle insurance and risk management, ensuring all proper documentation is in place to protect the company and the project. My role is key to mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth project start.
I oversee AVRON Corp.'s financial operations, reviewing reports and advising the executive team on company growth, market expansion, and risk management. Together with the CEO and leadership, we make strategic decisions to diversify and safeguard the company’s future.
With over 20 years of estimating experience, I lead AVRON Corp.'s Estimating Department. I ensure all bids are accurate, review subcontractor proposals, and assess the feasibility of each project. My role is to make sure we're working with qualified subs and that estimates are aligned with market trends and risks.
